1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Services
Auralith Systems provides custom software engineering, business automation, data analytics, cloud systems, and consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement (Statement of Work or Service Agreement) between you and Auralith Systems.
3. Consultations
Initial discovery calls are complimentary and carry no obligation. A paid engagement only begins upon execution of a written agreement and receipt of any applicable deposit.
4. Digital Products
Digital products (guides, templates, starter kits) are sold as-is for personal or internal business use. Redistribution, resale, or republishing of purchased materials is not permitted. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment for a custom development engagement, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the written agreement. Auralith Systems retains rights to any pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in the delivery of services, and may retain the right to reference the project in portfolio materials unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
6. Confidentiality
Any confidential business information shared during a consultation or engagement will be treated with discretion and not disclosed to third parties. A formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be executed upon request before substantive discussions begin.
7. Limitation of Liability
Auralith Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services. Our liability in any circumstance is limited to the amounts paid for the specific service in question.
8. Website Use
This website is provided for informational purposes. You agree not to use it for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site. Unauthorized use of any automated tools to scrape or index this site is prohibited.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
